• The program accepts holders of a bachelor’s degree in all disciplines from the University of Kuwait or from a university accredited by the National Authority for Academic Accreditation and Assessment who work in the field of education and training, provided that they are:
• 1. Head of a scientific department, educational department, or administrative department or above in educational institutions of all types and higher education institutions, in both the public and private sectors.
• 2. Head of a scientific department, educational department, or administrative department or above in the departments of the Holy Quran and centers of Al-Siraj at the Ministry of Awqaf.
• 3. Head of a scientific department, educational department, or administrative department or above in training sectors and departments in various governmental and private institutions.

• The applicant must have at least three years of work experience in supervisory roles, from department head level or above, in the field of education and training. A certificate of experience issued by the employer in the field of education and training must be submitted with the application.
• To meet the experience prerequisite, the necessary duration must be concluded by September 1, 2024.
• For those submitting the IELTS exam, they should have a minimum of 4.5 in every test, and 2 of the tests should have a 5 or more.
