Scientific Enrichment Program
Welcome to the Scientific Enrichment Program at the College of Graduate Studies. This initiative offers a unique opportunity for individuals to engage with our academic community and gain access to a selection of courses without the need for formal enrollment. Whether you’re looking to expand your knowledge, explore new academic territories, or enrich your professional skills, our program is designed to accommodate your academic curiosity.
How to Apply:

Application Submission: Interested participants are required to submit a completed application form (see below), after consulting with the Program Director of the graduate program they want to take courses in. The form must be accompanied by all necessary documentation for the creation of a participant file within our Student Information System (Oracle).

Course Registration Limitations: Participants may register for up to three courses or a total of nine credit units over the span of two academic terms only.

Eligibility: To be eligible, applicants must not be currently enrolled as active students in any program within the College of Graduate Studies.

Course Registration Process: Course registrations are processed through the Admissions and Registration Department of the College of Graduate Studies Student Affairs. Each participant’s registration must be duly signed and approved.

Commitment Agreement: At the time of application, participants are required to sign a commitment form acknowledging the terms and conditions of their participation in the program.
