Repeating Courses

We understand that academic journeys are unique, and sometimes a course may need to be repeated for better understanding or grade improvement.

Eligibility for Course Repetition

• You may repeat a course in which you have received a grade of B or lower.

• This option is available once per course and for a maximum of two courses.

Impact on GPA

• The higher grade obtained will be counted, and the lower grade for this course will be erased when calculating the student’s GPA.

Limitations

• This policy also applies to courses where a failing grade (F) was received, provided the total number of such retaken courses does not exceed two.
