Available After Initial Approval: You can submit an AC3 form anytime after your AC1 has been approved, should you need to make adjustments to your supervision team or research course.

Accessing the Form: Log into the Graduate Services Portal and locate the AC3 form. Be prepared to detail the changes you are requesting, including changing a supervisor, adding or changing a co-supervisor, and/or modifying your research course option.
