Introduction
The mission of the Master of Private Law program is to provide a high level of legal understanding regarding the basic substrates of law and a basic understanding of the areas of specialization by offering a wide range of courses in private law. The program also aims to enhance the level of competence of private law practitioners with the necessary values in legal practice and research and commitment to professional and ethical behavior whether they are judges or civil employees.

Procedural objective
Qualifying certified of a Bachelor's degree in law and providing them with legal knowledge and scientific and practical experience in its various branches, and applying this knowledge in a thesis that proves their knowledge of the principles of the legal method and the ability to research.

- The Bachelor’s degree in Law should not be less than 4 academic years.
- The overall GPA for the first undergraduate year should not be less than (3.00) on a scale of four grades or its equivalent in the numerical grading system for the College of Law (80%).
- Students are registered only at the beginning of the academic year, and they enroll in available courses for the first semester, then register for courses in the second semester.
